Positioners
Veenstra has built 2pieces of positioners for a customer in America. These positioners are used for processing the flow of bulk solids from a PTA (plastic granules) factory. They are used to be able to flexibly move said product flow from the factory to different loading areas. The positioners are actually sleds that can be moved over a track on crane wheels and can thus be placed in the correct position. The carriages are moved by means of a chain drive. The entire system is explosion-proof in the class: ATEX Class II Div. 2 Group G T3. Scope of delivery:
- 1 pcs of track construction, displacement of 18 meters
- 2 pcs of positioner
- 2 pcs of telescopic pipe Ø250 mm, stainless steel 304
- 2 pcs of control panel with a flexible cable
