Our systems are used by companies such as flour producers and sugar and cement factories. A good example of the implementation of our positioners is the customer case of a flour producing company in Belgium. For this customer, we have installed two complete positioning systems on rails as part of a custom bulk loading system. In addition to positioners, we also have completed the system with loading spouts and fluidization systems.
Accurate loading with positioners
Our positioning systems are perfectly suited for loading bulk products into trucks and trains. The positioners are easy to operate by means of a joystick. In this way, the loading spouts can be moved quickly and very precisely to the correct loading opening, without having to move the truck, train or even the boat. In addition, the truck can be filled quickly and dust-free applying our integrated filter systems. Depending on your requirements, the positioners can be designed with a single translation (X direction) or with a double translation (X direction and Y direction).
