Fly ash and residue removal system for Waste Plant
For the HVC Waste Plant in Alkmaar, Veenstra supplied four complete systems for transporting and loading of fly ash and residues. It concerns two systems for transporting and loading of residues and two systems for transporting and loading of fly ash. For both types of systems, Veenstra has engineered the entire system from transport from the silos to the loading of trucks.

Background
For both the residual material removal and the fly-ash removal, it concerned the replacement of the existing systems by a Veenstra systems. With the Veenstra systems a faster and dust-free loading is facilitated. The old has been disassembled HVC and parallel to the disassemble, the new systems were assembled on site and put released for operation by Veenstra.
Scope of delivery
Veenstra has supplied the following items for this project: 4 pcs of loading bellows BWE-1800 with top filter, 4 pcs of dosing valves 300×300 mm with pneumatic operation, 4 pcs of downpipes with flex connection, 2 pcs of Airslide GR300 with inspection cover, 2 pcs of flat sliding valves, steel and 2 pcs of flat slide valves SS316. For this project all the components has been supplied, connected and commissioned by Veenstra.
