Veenstra has has been rewarded with an order for the design and manufacture and installation of a top-loading installation for loading trucks with PVC powder. This installation will be applied for loading trucks at a PVC plant in Indonesia.

Scope
Veenstra will be responsible for the design, manufacture, installation and delivery of the system ready for operation. The functional design has now been completed and the result can be seen in the images accompanying this article.
The installation mainly consists of the following components:
– approx. 30m Veenstra airslides with SS membrane;
– 3 pieces of Veenstra segment valves with Kinetrol actuator;
– 3 pieces of Veenstra manual gate valves;
– 2 pieces Veenstra top-filter extraction system;
– 1 piece Goudsmit metal catcher;
– 5 pieces Sodeca centrifugal blower;
– 1 piece Veenstra spreader loading spout with shutter-cone;
– 1 piece Siemens outdoor PLC control system.
